1. Free service is provided in case of manufacturing defects or spontaneous failures within the warranty period (1 year after purchase).
2. In the following cases, you will receive paid service even during the warranty period.

- Failure due to misuse or careless handling
- Failure due to repairs or modifications not through our service center.
- Failure due to natural disasters (fire, salt damage, gas damage, earthquake, storm and flood, lightning, abnormal voltage, abnormal frequency, etc.)
- If there is no quality guarantee or there is no content in the items stated in the guarantee.
3. It is a paid service for failures that occur after the warranty period from the date of purchase.
